Southern IL. | Someone told me that UPS and Shoup are under the same roof at very large warehouse building. To ship they basically drive forklift with parts through door to UPS then ship. Edited by redfarmer72 3/7/2017 18:34

Morris, IL | I'm not sure about that but it could be, i'd bet money they have a truck there basically all day and maybe 3-4 the truck leaves and the places a new one. Shoup just added a much bigger warehouse last year or two, probably 2x-3x what they had by the looks of it. Dultmeier is same for me. Order by 3 and it's here the next day at least from Davenport. Shoup i think is 3pm as well. They do good job, UPS gets lot of credit as well as we like our guy, if he shows up it will be 3pm +/- every day. Hate FedEx and avoid if i can. Northeastern Pa. | They are top notch. Too bad others don't learn from them !

Lincoln County. NC | It's not magic. If you live within the one day delivery radius of UPS, FedEx, or whoever is delivering, it's just everyday business. Somebody calls my parts department before 4:00 PM they will have parts off my shelf the next day. UPS picks up between 4:30 and 5. Edited by RickB 3/7/2017 18:51

location, location, location! Kankakee is what? 4.5 hours from Dyersville? And it's not like Kankakee is nowhere close to a major transportation hub.. Chicago.. so no big surprise I've waited a full week for a speedi truck (with Shoup parts) sitting in Sioux City.. apparently they don't run into the wild west until they have a full(er) van Edit.. I take that back! It was for a new turbocharger out of Ft. Dodge.. actually makes it worse cuz I could've rode horseback to FT. Dodge and back in the same time I waited on speedi. ROCKHAMPTON CENTRAL QLD | I have got parts delivered to Aus. in under a week from shoup. I often wait longer for gear within Aus, good old Australia post.

Ludington/Manistee MI area | That do good but it's not shocking. If I call my favorite Agco dealer by 3:30-4pm it on my porch by 11am.

Upstate Ny | It's not how shoup does it, it's how ups does it. My brother retired from ups recently, you would be shocked at how much stuff ups moves after 7 or 8 pm. Everything in any facility picked up on a route is out of that building that night.... And they will be bringing packages into a facility untill 7am for that days delivery. They also pick up packages untill 7 or 8 pm, stuff never stops moving after dark.

north west arkansas | It's close to a week here. Shoup is great but UPS economy shipping they use is a joke for us.

E. Kansas | I think Shoup does an excellent job. It all starts with them responding to the orders they get in a very timely fashion and getting the stuff shipped. Lots of other places that take online orders can fool around for several days before shipping something even when they have it in stock. UPS delivers everything from Shoup here, and they do a good job too.

Retired UPS driver here. UPS parks the trailers, warehouse personel fill them. In some cases it is seven days a week. Most UPS feeder drivers (semi Drivers) usually start at 2;00 pm. they do pickups in the early evening before the night sort. that way even items ordered on Sunday night can be delivered on Monday at regular ground rates. Depending on the business UPS supplies the shipping staff to load their trucks also.
