Hennepin, IL | Corn about $26, beans anywhere from $21ish to $36ish depending on which program and whether we throw select in the post pass or not.

SC Kansas | How many of you guys are using generics? I can't get either under $30 I don't think, two pass program of something. I don't feel a one pass program is worth considering unless I want to the second to be me with a hoe in my hands...

SW KS | From people I discuss things with, you also need to ask when they start assigning the product to corn and beans. I have some neighbors who spray 3 times but only count the ones after the crop is planted and disregard the other 2 trips. SMH.

SC WI | Corn $14.33/ac - Tripleflex @ 1.5 pts/ac and Roundup at 22oz/ac / Second pass Roundup @ 22 and .5 lbs of ATR 4L....includes AMS for both. Also good rebates right now with monsanto products so that price might be a couple dollars less per acre. Soybeans $16.13/ac - Zidua Pro @ 4.5oz/ac and Roundup at 22oz/ac / second pass Roundup @ 22 oz/ac...includes AMS for both No spraying b4 planting for us, all is right behind planter Edited by FWRfarm 1/30/2017 16:18

Would be nice if you stated what you are putting on.

NC Iowa | 22 oz of roundup wouldn't kill many weeds in Iowa. I start out at 36 oz at a minimum and go up from there depending on the weed pressure.

New castle PA | Enjoy that while you can...

SC WI | big difference in weed pressure for guys in the south and our area. This is actually a pretty aggressive herbicide plan for our area. Alot of 2 pass roundup with maybe a little something extra to make it hotter. Not alot of residual being used yet. I was in a meeting couple weeks ago were a guy from Missouri was talking about the issues with waterhemp....I feel sorry for those growers!!!!

They use to think the roundup and roundup program was awesome.

NE OK | on beans, I'm planning on running early burndown with gly/2-4d on a few fields while weeds are less than 2 inches, probably early march.. this gets most marestail in my problem fields then paraquat with fierce at 3.5oz for pre post, planning on extend on at least one large field with no close neighbors and I'm not positive of the cost on it, but the rest will be getting gly and fomesafen I usually do a second post on at least some acres, generally go cheap on it though because it's usually only late emergers like prickly sida etc.. last year I went cheap with a 3/8 oz of synchrony and generic gly. I'm going to be around 46 -50 per acre, averaged out, I believe.
