Columbia City, Indiana | I don't know much about this but it sounds interesting. Any stocktalkers use it, or a different brand of liquid supplement? Do you have to take semi load quantities? Do you top dress the liquid or what? |

Beresford, SD | Feed anywhere from 1/2 pound to 1 pound per head per day. Feed it in TMR. Used QLF for over 10 years. Deliveries show up promptly, never had any quality issues ever, can get as small as a 6 ton drop up to a semi load. Many different products to choose from. Talk to local rep. Good feed. Today I'm feeding Midwest PMS liquid, In a nut shell I switched because the Midwest rep formulated a feed that was a little cheaper and designed around feeding all home raised feed and no byproducts. He pulled in my driveway for about the 10th time in 2 years.......we talked a while and I went on doing chores......came around the shed and he was pulling samples of every feed I had on the place.......came back a week later with rations and a liquid formulation to match my ingredients. Happy customer. |

Columbia City, Indiana | I sent a message to what it said was my area rep on their site, but I didn't recognize his area code so I don't know if I could even get the product here.
edit: looks like he's in SW Michigan. We'll see if he calls me.

Northern Minnesota | Westway is another company with liquid feed supplements. QLF is handled by some feed mills in the area and they will deliver small quantities. Westway allows me to split semi loads and thus I get a better price. But it is pretty expensive. I mostly use it by pouring on round hay bales. I would probably use more of it if it were more reasonably priced.

thorp wi. | now im curious myself , I see a lot of people use it but for what purpose ? is it for protein or mineral ? better utilization in the animals ? of just help bind the tmr mix together . |

| Any inophores available with it? |

North Central Texas | Yes you can have them added. |

North Central Texas | Many of their products are deigned to balance out a high grain diet. Instead of adding meal or cottonseed with corn, you can add the qlf. It's just a high protein liquid feed or tubs with vitamins and minerals added. The regional plant is just down the road from me but we don't use liquid or tubs in our cow calf production because of price. Different if your mixing a ration. |

Callao, Missouri | I use it in lick tanks for cows on stalks. Costs too much and makes a big mess around the tanks but helps ease the guilt of taking them off grass to graze cheap stalks for a couple months.
It's supposed to help them better utilize poor forage.
My local retailer can bring it out a ton at a time to my tank. I'm sure they make really good money doing this.

jackson county WI | Feeding Holstein steer. 400# to finish. $330 ton. There isn't enough protein in it from 4-700# imo, so we add some ddgs. |
