T7 is same as case puma large frame and small frame new holland number is boosted engine power. Case numbers are boosted pto pwer from wat i can tell. T7 270 same as puma 230-240. puma 145 is a T 7 185 great tractors as far as T 6 that be same as maxxums had a 125 pro that gave us a terrible ride so my thots on those are not very good. The T7 cvt has bin a very solid tractor for us in the red one. But 6000hrs is highest puma we have . Got 3200 on my 230 an so far its bin great.

We went from deere loader Tractors to t6. Love them, wouldn't go back to deere.

Depending on size you need I'd recommend the t6.180 with full power shift. Also if looking at t6 get the cab suspension it rides so nice with it. But without not so much.

Been eyeing a t7 but will have to wait.

I'd recommend the electronic joystick if your putting a loader on. If you don't like or want an electronic joystick and go with a normal joystick sit in the tractor and run the loader before you get it home. They put the joystick in funny positions sometimes and its just best to make dealer put it where you want it than you trying to figure it out.

I lease a T7.270. Its been trouble free other than the tires it came with are really soft. The fronts will need to be replaced before it goes back and I have just over 600 hours on it. It's main job is to cut hay, and you can't beat the CVT on a discbine.

Full powershift isn't available until the t7 or the puma series. You have to use the clutch to shift from low to high otherwise you can shift through all the gears without a clutch. We bought a case ih maxxum 140 with the multi controller cab. Only reason we ended up with the case was the cab layout was better then the new holland and it was a better deal. The case ih's are considered the premium models over new holland. Would defiantly buy case or a new holland any day. It has been extremely reliable. Demoed a Deere and a Massey, they don't even compare to the other two, in my opinion your getting a better tractor for less money. We have a loader with the electric joystick and it's really handy, I actually like it more then the skidsteer.

I've got a T7.200 with a loader.   I've had it 2 years and it was a county lease return before I got it.   Got 1100 hours on and love the tractor but have had a few electrical qwerks show up while it was under warranty.     Nothing major, but took time to find some times.  Overall, I'd buy another.

We have a T7.170 and T7.235. Both have CVT, suspended cab and front axle. Both have been very good with only oil changes so far. Cabs are very quiet and the CVT will make you never want a power shift again. Very comfortable tractors to spend time in!
