nebraska | Thinking about using Fierce this year and was trying to decide XLT version or not. ph's are all below 6.8 and most problem weeds are marestail, lambsquarters, and other pigweeds. Was going to maybe add metribuzin either way so how much does classic help with these weeds. Shouldn't have much vol. corn out there but would be nice to have something to at least suppress growth until post application. |

CIL | Have you tried Valor XLT in the past? We're switching from Valor XLT this season to Fierce because of waterhemp. Here, Valor XLT does a good job on marestail, lambsquarters and pigweed. Valor XLT would be much more economical if you don't need the zidua in Fierce. |

| Classic helps on lambsquarters. If it were me I would use straight fierce and spike with sencor. That's just me. |

EC Illinois / WC Indiana | Around here with spots of coarse low OM sands, Classic / Valor or /Authority is like a one two punch to destroy the beans. I've completely quit Classic. Also test the PH in the top 2" for yet more surprises.

nebraska | Thanks guys. Think I'll go with straight Fierce+Metribuzin, is 3 oz and 4 oz enough for each? |
