NE | I have a client in need of several nursery and one small farrowing building . They need to be in good - excellent condition and he'd prefer the Double L built buildings . Anybody know of some in your area sitting empty and would be interested in selling ? Thanks for the help !

NE | Thanks Skipper for the link . I already had a message left on his phone . I was hoping I could locate a few good ones without a broker or middleman so to speak . I'm sure they are out there, its just a matter of putting buyer and seller together hence my post on this great site. Thanks again for the help .

| When I talked to him a few years ago I dealt directly with the building owner. I think he was going to get a cut for advertiseing but I tried to make sure it came out of the sellers pocket. It was (and still think it is) a buyers market. Jan, Feb some probably would have given them away! |

NE | I agree, I don't intend on stealing them but its a better option than sitting empty rotting on a farmstead with no intentions of ever being used again either . I know there are hundreds out there available if Ican just get me and the owners connected somehow.
This grain market is no doubt changing some of these guys with portable buildings future plans on raising swine......or any livestock for that matter . Its going to get alot tougher before we see better times I fear .....how long ? 6 million dollar question . Thanks again .
