Hello All

I seem to be drawing a blank on finding a good place to buy some of that woven mesh screen for those rotary grain screeners. Anybody know of a source?

Looking for some 3x3 for the inner cone on a DMC 54.

McNichol has just about any kind of perforated metal or screen you can image and I see they have a contact in Canada. http://www.mcnichols.com/products/perforated

Mcmaster Carr

For corn, 5 wires per inch is about right.

I ordered mine from McMaster Carr. Be sure and get the welded wire, not the woven.

Hello Oliver1

A lot of variables I guess, but I was feeding it with a 6" auger out of the soybean bin & it had no problem keeping up (cleaning out a lot of small weed seeds from the larger bean seed), probably could've even handled more. Not sure how many b/hr it worked out to though.

Hello Grindstone

They don't have wire mesh screen. They only handle the perforated metal screen.

Hello E718

On the way from them! First time that I've ever ordered from them. I read on another forum that they quit doing business with Canadians. I called & guy said no problem, as long as my account was set up for a business, not as an individual. Best thing is that they ship by Purolator, not UPS or FedEx, so I won't get ripped off by them for some obscene brokerage fee!!!

I think that I'll be doing more business with them in the future.
