Just wondering if theres still a few JD or CIH 2 row pickers still running around some of yall. We still got our old JD 9920 and run it with our 2 four rows when we have time. Just wondering.

My neighbor about 2 miles down the road has a John Deere 2 row picker. I'm not sure what the model number is but it has a yellow top and single tire in rear.

I seriously doubt that I can still find a running two row picker anywhere around here. Most have gone overseas or scrap yard. Think experiment station here still has theirs.

We have a couple of insurance farmers over this way who have old 9910's that will still start and move so they can give the appearance of having made a token effort to harvest their resistant pigweed infested, no insecticide applied to, joke of a cotton crop. You know the type.

I figured not many 2 rows were still out there running. Only 1 here running besides our 20 that i can think of . 4 rows are begining to thin out here as well.

Zach in ala. Posted these pics of our neighbor. I think he has three of these but was only running two last year. Uses these two to harvest entire crop. If there is a nicer 2 row Deere out there I would love to see it.

We run three JD 2 row 9930s. We find them to be very dependable and easy to keep running. We have a 9920 that we use as a back-up but thankfully didn't need it this year. We harvested a very good 400 acre crop this year and finished before Halloween. The machines ran well and we had favorable weather.

I know older, two row machines would not work for everyone but they well for us! Our harvest cost per acre is very low.
