Southern Brown Co. Ohio | Thinking about getting one . Have 7130 mfd cih. Is that enough? |

East central Indiana | I would guess no. Around here I think they take around 10 horse per foot of width. Especially to be able to run fast enough. |

North-East Texas | Need at least 10hp per foot, with 12 being better. The faster you can pull it, the better it works. |

| We have an 18 foot turbo-max. It is also recommended 10 hp per foot. We have been pulling it with a JD 4960 (215 hp). We also have a JD 4850 (210 hp). You can honestly tell a difference pulling the turbo max with each tractor. The speed recommended is 7-10 mph. By having the extra hp we can hit 10mph easily on our river bottom ground. In our hilly ground we end up running closer to 7. I would guess it depends on the type of ground you farm (flat or hilly) if you tractor could do it. I would recommend from my experience to have more than 10 hp per foot. Corn on corn |

Walnut Grove MN USA | Got a 30 foot Tmax. Mom totally ignored my instructions and plugged it up so I took the mt 855c and TMax and dropped it in the ground at 15mph thinking it would clean right out. I was wrong. It made that tractor snort at that speed. Handles it fine at 8-10 mph.

Sturgeon MO | Bought a 24' Turbo Till last year. 7150 mfd would barely hack it, CIH 9230 pulls it pretty good but another 50hp wouldn't hurt anything. |

NE SD | We ran a 22' with a 7130. Tractor was turned up a little but it worked. I don't think you have to run them at 10 mph. We run ours around 6-7. |
