| We have the 1250 planter with air bags (manually controlled) anyone have one upgraded with a automated down pressure setup from precision ag? what would i need to make this planter auto downpressure, AND more singulation monitoring? My precision guy seems to be struggling getting me this info?! |

south east mn | We use down pressure from case which is automatic. Every thing else is pp. and I don't think we would run anything else. |

n.c.iowa | can be either way, depends on how you ordered it. but a manual one can be retrofitted to be automatic. the ih automatic down pressure doesn't actually read ground contact. it reads psi and converts it into a down pressure number. |

Central South Dakota | We are in the process of looking at options now only for a 5 series case planter. If you have a 700 monitor, you can change the seed tube sensor to the accustat and unlock the monitor and it will do singulation and spacing, but will not control down pressure only tell you what the dp is set at. Am told the accustat unlock is about $1500. |

Are you running case ih seed meters.... will we have trouble running case ih seed meters? or did you go with precision? |

| yes we are running 700 pro monitor. We want to keep that , however we want auto downpresssure and singulation and double monitoring . |
