no welfare payments on this farm!!!!!!!!
i cant resist this. so are you guys saying you cant do a good job farming and producing food without a gmo? that is what it sounds like to me and i have no prob with that but when i see posts complaining about seed prices why they are so high till i see these posts. this is not good strategy for buying inputs. just rocking the boat a little i know but do you expect trait prices to come down with commodity prices if you get on here and say you cant produce without them. dont get upset, its just your tslking up the producyour trying to purchase cheaper. it would be a differant story if you were value adding to your crops but thats not happening with num 2 yel corn. i guess these posts are selling me monsanto stock more then your commodity. just a differant way of thinking to consider. how about some slogans that talk about saftey, less erosion, higher quality of the commodity, or something that is benifited by gmo's rather then we dont know how to live without them. go ahead and attack me but im not disagreeing with you but we are all better farmers then saying starvation without gmo's i think world wheat numbers for 20 yrs proves we dont have starvation due to lack of production, i blame lack of distributstion and other reasons for starvation. just my opinion

GMO's: The insurance policy against world starvation

GMO's: Doing jobs Americans just wont do

Safer than a pesticide

Keeping soils farmable for generations

Go Green, Go GMO

Stop eating bug $hit, plant GMO's

You could go on forever -- on both sides -- I have no bone for either argument, just think its kinda fun to play around

Frankenfood?
It's so good!

Recombinant DNA
Is the sh1t today.

Plant a Roundup Ready GMO:
Even weeds won't say No!

A field of GMO sugar beet,
Now that's a yield to beat.

"I have GMOs in horror,"
Says the corn borer.
"Bacillus thuringiensis
is my true nemesis."

A bushel of GM squash and papaya
Beats a bushel of virus and bacteria

Recombining the genes of a melody singer and cotton
Produces a Magny-ficent blues song called melocoton.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svqKQnrks8g
(A melocoton is actually a peach grafted on a quince.)

I will believe that we need GMO's to feed the world when FOOD is raised under center pivots instead of Ethanol. Philosophical Statement!
