These machines seem to be priced lower than a comparable mfwd tractor. Are there any design issues or concerns? Likes/dislikes? How difficult to get from 60" to 120"? Anyone have a front blade on one for shaping waterways and other dirt work?

Chanute, KS. | Best way to tear one up is put a blade on it, they are not a bulldozer. To get to 120" you really need one that was wide stance to start with. But used as you would a mfd they are solid.

I believe it. I have had a 35 for some time now. Has treated us well. However when it comes time to sell it, there are really no buyers for a track tractor, here anyway, damn near couldn't give 'em away. I tried to sell it. south central Minnesota | You have to buy spacers on the old ones to change stance. If you want 120" you better look for a wide stance machine. I have had one for 10+ 1995 model planter, sprayer, stalk chopper, scraper tractor, grain cart only bought a starter and batteries. The ride is 100% dependent on the tracks, good tracks= good ride. The ford/genesis transmission in my opinion is still one of the simplest trans to run I almost never have to push in clutch-inch pedal. The 35 will be kind of guttless for tillage they weigh 31,000lbs and are only 180 hp if you want a tillage tractor get 45 or 55. I think they are the best value in the used market.
