NE Iowa
Have a 2007 bobcat t300 with the selectable joystick controls, took it to the dealer this fall to get the left joystick replaced. Since then I've noticed the machine always wants to drift to the left, does it worse in reverse than it does when going forward, but if you pull the stick straight back it steadily turns to the left as your backing up, very annoying when moving snow. Dealer says it just the steering drift adjustment which I haven't messed with but after looking at the service manual I wonder if the stick itself shouldn't be recalibrated then see how it drives? Any thoughts?!

Put it in ISO drive, Push the green PTOL button again, during normal operation. Then S----- should come up in the hr meter display. Use the two little round buttons on the top of the left joystick to correct left or right drift. Should be in the op manual tho.. I'd have to look up the joystick calibration, I can't remember...
