| Hi all,
I have been thinking about buying a hydraulic dovetail gooseneck trailer before the end of the year, and was wondering if anyone had any good/ bad experiences with different brands and if anyone had any suggestions.
Thanks in advance for the input |

Westside | I'm looking also, priced a 30 ft load trail,around $13,500 with hyd dove tail,hyd jacks,spare tire,2 steps, 10,000 lb axle. low pro.
powder coat red paint. neighbor has one and likes it. Also looking at a PJ but another neigbor has one and says the dove tail doesn't
lock down and bounces going down the road. Thats all I know. |

| I've seen some other not so good reviews on PJ's, I've looked at a Corn Pro, Trailerman, and Coyote, and so far I think I like a Coyote the best as far as construction and attention to detail on construction. |

| The pj does bounce. But is nice overall |

| I have a 30' Coyote. No complaints so far.

All over N. IL. | Just bought a 30' trailerman lo-pro. Been good so far. Only complaint is they had a wireless remote control that was draining the deep cycle battery. Disconnected that and it works great. Front box in between the jacks could be a bit larger for our chain rachet binders. |

| Neighbors bought a Delta and said the tail bounces on it. I'd like to trade our flip over ramp trailer to a low profile hydraulic dovetail to make loading the skid steer easier. |

Chebanse, IL..... | 32' Load max. Hyd dovetail (9'), hyd jacks. We like ours & would buy another tomorrow. Dovetail has mechanical uplock & doesn't float. No bad experiences except breaking off the license plate holder inadvertantly. Got ours @ Illinois Trailer Sales in Monticello IL. I'd suggest ordering with the winch mount kit, even if you don't want a winch yet. Also, consider a step on the RH side as well as LH side. |

| I bought a mortz a couple years ago after a couple buddies had good luck with them. 33 ft. rides good and pulls good, No dove bounce and will pick up around 5000 reckon. Put another set of 10ft ramps on the dovetail that are easily removed or can be pinned straight up, so the weight rack on the pulling truck clears were ever we got to unload. The best thing about these type of trailers for me is the lights are way up high and I don't pull them out. Always a problem with my old dovetail. Well not a problem for me but must of been for the numerous deputies that pointed it out. Another advantage is when loading a heavy tractor the dove sits on the ground and holds the truck from rolling away when the rear wheels come off the ground. |
