We are getting a 1910 air seeder and looking into getting the 1800 to run it. Anyone else running a set up like this? What are your thoughts on it

It will work fine to run the air cart. The only issues you will run into is if you want to document your rates and/or run prescriptions. The 1800 cannot do these functions.

Edit: Forgot that there is a documentation basics activation for the 1800. Exports the data as an excel file.

It will show coverage but cannot transfer data out of the USB ports to a card. USBs are for software updates only.
