Missouri | Any thoughts on this piece of equipment? How much HP do I need to pull a 25 footer? |

EAST CENTRAL KANSAS | I pull a 25 footer with 160 hp. I don't care for the drag harrow on it .Plugs up too easily. the sections need to be narrower like on Krause . |

SW MN | I have a 34ft pull with JD 9300 with chip plays with it. This machine leaves the field level and I like to go 8.5-9.5 mph. I have the drag/ rolling basket on back and wouldn't want anything else. I'm very satisified. |

Saronville NE | I pulled a 26ft 6332 this spring with a 8300, in the hills all it wants, otherwise isnt too bad, but you know its there. |

| They do a beautiful job of leveling and are very heavy. We tried to pull a 22' with our 210 Magnum and it was enough on the flats, but I couldnt pull any type of hill. 6mph is the minimum for them to do a good job, but they work bettter at 7 to 7.5mph. We chipped our magnum so it is supposed to be around 250 horse and now it plays with the finisher. I think around 250 hp would pull a 25' pretty well as long as you werent pulling a bunch of hills |

NE Iowa | 31' er with 8770 Deere 4wd and it handles it nicely in pretty good hills. Have the spike tooth and rolling basket. Super job leveling at 7+mph as others have indicated.

Crawfordsville, Arkansas | I have a 6432. 30 foot with a 5 bar spike harrow and a DMI single basket crumbler. Takes 300+ hp to get any speed out of it. A big mfwd tractor will pull it @6 mph but not much faster and it knows it's back there.
Ours is the only finisher in the area so I don't have much to go on. We have a Sunflower field cultivator that's 43 feet wide with a 3 bar spike and the STX450 pulls it fast as he wants to go. I think we could pull 50 or so feet with that tractor and still have good power for the tough spot. Hard to believe a much smaller finisher can pull so much more harder but it does.
All I know is that I'm glad we have the finisher. Traded a 26' Deere 630 disk + $500 to get it. Not having to work on that disk is the best part of the whole deal. Having a good finisher is just a bonus. |

Ludington/Manistee MI area | Uncle has a similar size Krause and from what I hear he has all he wants to pull it with his 8970 NH. I have a 32ft. 6431 and my 325 hp FW-30 handles it but it is not over powered. Couple neighbors have 23 ft Glencoes one runs a JD 8760 with packer behind and he doesn't feel overpowered the other just bought a JD 9200 to handle his better. |
