What do you guys know about Fast Sprayers. I am looking at a model 7400 with 90 foot boom. TIA

We have the Fast 7400 with 90 foot boom and we really like it. Especially the great service we have received from the guys at Mountain Lake. Our only complaint about it is that the wheels are set back a little too far and when you turn around on the end it doesn't follow the tractor tracks well and drives down more crop. We have ran the sprayer for 3 years now and are satisfied.

I bought a new Fast 9613 3 yrs ago. This has the retractable tongue. It draws the sprayer right up behind the tractor. You also can move the axle forward to bring it even closer to the tractor to avoid crop injury while turning or in the hills. We have it on the middle setting.

The only bad thing I have to say about them is their break away sections. Mine were inadequate and required welding every year to repair cracks. I finally called them and they sent me two new and improved breakaway sections. I still had to re plumb and mount them but they made it right. Good customer service from Daryl.

My 2 cents.

Ken

Have a 9518. 1800 gallon tank 90 foot booms. Been the best pull type sprayer weve owned. I pull it with a 9230 jd and it seems to have a tight wheel base for turning. I to had problems with the breakaways and the new ones they sent me were a good improvement. Also have a 94fm front mount that has been great to. We just purchased a used 7400 and havnt got to use it yet but we really like Fast for reliability and service.

top notch sprayers, equipment, parts and super support after the sale.. have had a couple sprayers over the years before our SP model, all built very well, and the support staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help.. big plus for us is being right in their back yard so to speak, but have friends farther away and they say same good things about service/support

We have a 07 9500 with 1800 gal tank and 120' booms with the norac system and it has served us just fine. Pretty heavy built compared to some brands. We really haven't had any trouble with it.

Slicker than a Yes album.
Good stuff. If you need service, parts or anything, they are right there. Have a 3 pt sprayer from them. No probs on the breakaways.
