| We have the opportunity to purchase a low hour, excellent condition MXM 190 for a fair price and have never owned a Case tractor before. |

|
| I think I would rather own a Case tractor than a CaseIH MXM. |

oshawa, ontario | We had a MXM155 and I wouldn't take it back if the dealer gave it to me. Another piece of case equipement New Holland got there hands up and screwed up big time. Terrible motor, terrible cab, terrible controls, get the point..... |

Southern Indiana | A friend of mine had a mxm 175 (basically the same tractor) and he said it was a gutless wonder. No low end power so you had to keep it would up all the time. Hydraulics and the cab were ok and it never overheated but it always had its tongue hanging out. He said it would be an awesome hay/cattleman tractor. He couldnt have said it any better. |

North Central Iowa | I talked myself into one a couple years ago. There's a reason that they are cheaper than other tractors the same size and age. Mike |

SE North Dakota | We have a MXM 190 with 2400 hrs on it and really like the tractor. Had some sensor issues with it at first but haven't done anything to it since then. Good tractor shifts nice too when calibrated, book tells you how to do it. |

Southern Illinois | The MXM series is a NH TM series tractor. The MXM 175/190 have electronic controlled fuel pumps. If there is any lack of power it would be based on the electronics. Probabliy the emmissions controls limiting response based on turbo pressure. The engine is a 7.5L Genesis engine. That same engine in a CR940 combine will pull a sustained 300HP load. Combine has different injectors and a P series pump. Other than that it is the same engine. When the merger of NH and CaseIH took place CNH went and respec'ed all of the electrical sensors and sending units, to a cheaper supplier. There were alot of issues with failed pressure warning switches, oil seeping from pressure warning switches ect. If they haven't failed by now you should be good to go. That is the main complain Case guys had about them. They always blamed NH but NH had no trouble with the tractors untill the merger took place. Corperate accountants were the problem not the design. |

| Had a mxm 140 for a short time. Decent tractor for loader work, but I hated the transmission. You have to go thru all the gears when you shift up or down. In a field situation that would be ok, but personally I didn't like it. |
