Brake fluid for NH 8160 tractor

Subject: Brake fluid for NH 8160 tractor


I have to top of the brake fluid on my Nh 8160 tractor.

They recommend not mixing brake fluid.

The book just lists this number 82865344 under specifications.

I have DOT 3 fluid in the shop, but I am not sure if that would be the same.

NW Kansas		Do Not use brake fluid it is special brake oil like you stated , the same oil used in the old TW tractors is what I have used.

Somewhereville, Earth		mineral oil.....
