Subject: Home made driveway drag, and other PICS

West Central, IL

Well I was house sitting for a friend and some kids did doughnuts in the guys gravel lot. He didn't have a drag to smooth it out, so I put this rig together. I will sell them for 500 buck a piece no mower included. :)  Works pretty good!

I put up a new show this summer and man has it been hot out!  This pic was probably taken 2 weeks ago.

This year I got my CREP mowed before harvest, I am ahead of schedule.  I got 52 acres of really over grown stuff mowed in probably 11 hours.  I don't move very fast, but my tractor was a little underpowered for this stuff!  Now that I have this mowed, I can start getting stuff ready for fall...

That's it for now. I will try to get some pics of the new shop on here sometime.

I hope the temp on the thermometer and the time you were in the cab of the IH mowing did not correspond. If so you probably were ringing out your skivvies after that job. BTDT '67 656 gas with Hiniker cab the blower fan worked great to blow all the heat from the engine and exhaust right at your face. Great pics and memories-- OK, maybe scratch that last part.

I've worn out more than one pallet doing that, but if you're throwing in the quick hitch I may be interested in buying another! LOL Never tried the feeder chain, son always takes it off for junk as soon as it hits the ground. I may have to confiscate the next one.

I would trade you a couple big rocks for that quick hitch, I'll even cover the sales tax.

It was 80 some degrees out when I was shredding. It was pretty nice. The tractor has a factory cab, so it keeps the sun off you and the rain but it is louder!
