Most bin guys just use plywood, or metal could get metal ones made at any good metal shop just have them shear the iron to the height that you want and put 90 degree bends on the ends so you can bolt them together, just have more sections for bigger bins, if you are talking about the form sections for pouring stem walls am shure you can buy them from any contractor/cement supply type company one example would be SMI http://www.smionline.com/ I know thay handle lots of stuff like that. I did 2 24' bin pads last fall, used 12"steel forms on one and 12" hardboard lap siding on the other one. If I do more I will use the lap siding again. It comes in 20' lengths and is much easier to work with and remove. If you are careful you could probably reuse it.

Just had mine poured and they used 2' forms. this way they did't have to dig a footing. I dug the entire site out to the point where the 2' forms ended at the top of the height I wanted. I don't want to have to do it over in 10 years.
Use alot of rebar. mine had 2 rows of 3 and then 2'square on top for a 48x12 ring bin.

Tazzer did you use metal forms or plywood. We want to use 2 foot forms for our 48 foot pads but we have never used 2 foot wood before.

Used the same plywood forms each time, then pitched them. Now these were tall bins also, so we poured a 3' wide by 2' deep footer. Used the trench for the form on the footer, just struck off to some rebar driven into the ground at intervals. Then we ripped the plywood to 2 foot strips. We bought metal ties to hold it together, used 2X4's vertically every two feet, kicker boards on the outside, and one cable around the outside. 15 inch wide wall with lots of rebar. Worked excellent three times running. Figured it didn't owe us a thing after the last use.

Slicker than a Yes album.
Our concrete guy gets extras to rent from this place. http://www.carrollsupply.com/

Might have some old ones to sell.

I did a pour over of and it has held good for going on six years. Took an 18' pad to a 21'. We form our pads using 12" masonite. Can be reused and it is cheap.
