My quick response is if it's a good one it is great and if it is a bad one you couldn't give it to me. The 2+2 was a lousy execution of a great idea. A later one, like the one you asked about, is probably a pretty good tractor. They got most of the bugs worked out. But remember a couple things. You are buying a tractor built by a company that has been sold and the company that bought them has been sold. While most parts were fairly common there will be that one... The biggest problem with most 2+2's was owner expectations. They are not a big frame 4 wheel drive tractor. They are a medium sized (for their day ... probably smaller sized in today's market) 2 wheel drive tractor with great big front assist wheels. As long as you treat it like that it will treat you nicely. They drive differently than any other tractor you have been in. I've heard it said it's like following a carp down a blacktop road (you need to be a river bottom farmer to understand that one)
