North Central Illinois | Hi guys. I"m new here so bear with me. We have the AFS yield monitor in our 2388 and I am running the version 8.50 software. This will be the second year running it and I'm still learning. I need to purge last years harvest information from my monitor and card while still keeping farm and field names. I figured out how to delete if from my monitor and I did so with the card in the monitor. Will last years information still be on the card? If so how do I eliminate it from the card? I of course want to keep last years harvest information on my computer while starting a new file for 2009. How do I accomplish this? Thanks for any help you could give me. |

roaming | what monitor are you using, and what firmware version? |

Flora IL | if all your farms and fields are in the desktop software then just erase the card and go to device setup utility and write the farms and fields onto the card call it Harvest 2009 for instance..
im guessing you have the greyscale montior so right the data as a Voyager Harvest data.... |

North Central Illinois | It is the big monitor but not the pro 600. I believe it was the last monitor prior to the pro 600. I can check on firmware number later today. Thank you. |

roaming | if the card is IN the monitor when you erase the data, it will be erased from both the card and the display. Otherwise it is erased only from the display, and is still on the card. To erase the card, you can either format the card, or simply erase the *.CNH folder off the card. You can then export as CaseFarmer mentioned. |

Flora IL | i also recommend always just eraseing that cnh folder every year...if there's two files on the card and you get to the monitor it won't work... so that way you know for sure there's one folder...
