Jeffersonville, OH | Heater valve shut off at the lines on the engine?
Sometimes has 2 on the engine in trucks, sleeper trucks can have more. Some of ours have 1 at each port on the block, inlet and outlet both.

| Heater box is under passenger seat. Remove seat and cover might have a cable not actually moving a blend door. Definitely check the valves like others have said. I believe there is a cable operated valve inside that heater box.

NC Indiana | My 9600 and 9700 has the heater under the passenger seat. My problem ended up being the valve the control cable hooked to. It is down at the bottom of the compartment. The cable moved the arm but the crimp holding the arm to the valve shaft slipped. Need a helper to run the control while you watch to see if the valve shaft turns with the arm. Had to replace the valve assembly. |
