Northern Wyoming | We have been using a JD 200 ATU for steering in 7810 and 9750 combine. My grandson saw an ATC to replace it. It is an electric motor to direct oil straight to the steering cylinders and eliminated the unit on the steering column. I'm wondering if any here have used one and how did you like it. The constant back and forth of the ATU is irritating.
Is it worth the cost?
Thanks.

Ottawa,ON Canada | If you’re talking about the AT300 valve kit, it does work very well. We put one on a 7710, works great and not beating the crap out the steering column anymore. There will be more installed here on other machines. |

SW Minnesota | +1 Had one put on my 7810. The motor was mounted too close to the SCVs so we had heating problems. Moved it 8 inches and it has been fine |

Ottawa,ON Canada | It was $4800 CAD plus about $1000 in hoses. Plus install. |

SW Minnesota | Seems like it was $11,000 was the estimate and actual bill was a little less. |
