Is it cold? Some tractors will limit ground speed until the lube oil warms up.

Not even close enough to compare. 25% of the power, and 20% of the traction on a good day.

ETA

A 2294 wasn't a real bad tractor back in its day, but it's a Tonka Toy compared to a 9RX.
