any experience with QLF Boost? thinking about foliar feeding alfalfa, or soybeans. maybe blending with 28% to topdress wheat. curious if anyone else has tried it.

Has been using it in furrow planting corn, and 2+2 colter beside rows with 32%. Soybeans : I put some in every sprayer pass, for the sugar. Results have been good enough to keep using it, and looking at different application options.

Ive been happy putting half a gallon in furrow on the corn. I have a lot of corn on corn acres and those acres never get the ugly yellow stage anymore. You couldn’t tell if my corn was on previous bean ground or previous corn ground if it weren’t for the stubble.

I would encourage you to try some. Split apply it on a field.

What else are you putting in furrow with it?

I put insecticide, 9% chelated Zn, Heat Shield, and sometimes fungicide in furrow with the Boost.

I used to put beet sugar in furrow but handling that product was a pain in the butt with humidity solidifying it all the time. I really like the Boost product.

We have been using Boost for several years. Last 2 years we've been getting starter fertilizer from QLF that's 7-21-3. When we put on 5 gallons per acre we get one gallon of Boost. This is much easier because we don't have to mess mixing around it ourselves.

I used it last year on our soybeans. I applied it with our last pass of herbicide with our sprayer at 1 gallon per acre and then again with our fungicide at 1 gallon per acre. I really like it. I felt it added yield and I really liked how it made the spray solution heavier and greatly reduced drifting.

I would like to try it this year on corn with the post herbicide. Has anyone else tried that.

I use it with my post chemicals in every pass. In my dry beans with the burner chemicals like raptor or reflex I feel it will take the burn out of the spray and I think it makes your chemical work better.
