North Central Kansas | I use a phone case on my belt ordered on Amazon. It's not very durable. Has anyone found one with the belt loop that is more durable than 3 months, or do I just put up with replacing it.

I gave up on belt loop cases. They are all junk. Just carry in my left front pocket now. AaronSEIA

NW Iowa | The best case I have bought was one that I had made. I found a gentleman that made belts and other leather items. I told him what I wanted, he measured my phone and made one for me. It was brown. I liked it so much that I had him make me another that was black. That gives me an option if I wear it with better clothes, either black or brown. I have had them for over 5 years with no issues whatsoever.

East of Broken Bow | Had good luck with Nite-Ize brand, but their loop is hard plastic. Well, it is technically not a loop, as you can open it up to clip the case on your belt. In theory, you should be able to remove it too, but it holds so securely, I wind up pulling my belt out of it, like I would a loop. Very secure, but it is hard plastic, and can dig into your side.

NW Missouri | I have nothing but good things to say about lifeproof phone cases. They do protect phones really well. You can drop it into water or onto concrete, etc and it doesn't hurt a thing. After years of use, the phone inside still looks like new when you pull it out. But the other big thing is, they also have a one year warranty and if something goes wrong within that year, you let them know and they send you a new case. With a new one year warranty. And man have those people have lost their @ss on me. They must figure on people trading phones often, or forgetting about the warranty. I don't do either. I'd say I have had a new case at least once a year for the last 8-10 years and I've paid for 2 of them (the first one and the time I did actually get a new phone). When I sent in my first claim, you had to send them pics, including the serial number of the case, and they processed it and eventually approved it. They must have decided that wasn't worth the effort, because the last few times I have just told them it was bad, and told them the date I got my last one, and they sent me a new one. I guess there was a $7 shipping charge or something. They have generic belt loop phone holders at Menards that hold an iphone in a lifeproof case just right. I have one, but rarely use it - usually it's in my front jeans pocket.

Virginia | I bought my dad one from tractor supply. Don't have a clue on the brand, but it was on the shelf where kneepads, carpentry belts, etc is. All on the tool aisle. His has held up really well. I think it was $25-30. Bought it about a 1.5 years ago and its doing great. I'd recommend looking there.

Henderson, KY 42420 | Fredfarms - 9/30/2022 06:11 This what I have been used since early spring. Works great +1 I bought the one with a flap that goes over the top of the phone. Have my phone in an Otterbox case and it slides right into the holster.

NC Kansas | I also use the Nite-Ize phone holder. Only complaint is that the velcro gets weak before the case is junk. I'm probably not as tough on cases as most guys, but it securely holds my phone and is easy to access the phone when needed. Edited by shade 10/5/2022 21:44

I use a Life Proof case for my Galaxy S7 I like it as it is completely sealed including a lens in the case over the camera and the charging port and audio port are all fully sealed keeping dust out. Phone looks perfect still when removed form case. My sister made me a soft leather holster that belt goes through. I don't usually wear my phone much but take it with me. The leather pouch provides a lot of protection. Don't like wearing it as it always seems to be hung up on stuff when working on things. A few of the leather holster. Crockett, Texas | I had one made by this company several years ago. It held up well, and I would still be using it, but the case is too small for the current phone. http://www.skookumhorse.com/cell-phone-cases-vertical.html
