West Manchester Ohio | The belt on the far right-hand side flipped all the way over and put it self in a twist. This is a new one to me what on earth would cause that? uneven feeding? Big windrows mixed hay very dry. The picture is just after I took it apart (IMG_1416.JPG) Attachments ---------------- ![]() ![]()

you fed to much on the left. when you see it start to track over its loose and needs more hay on the right it only happens on the right

North Carolina | All you needed to do to twist it back was to fold the belt in opposite direction of twist and tie a piece of baling twine around it then run the belts slowly and it would have twist back. Some of the old Vermeer balers had 2 of the belts running in a twist so you could see the bale form as it was filling And yeah filling one side to much or quickly will cause this

NW Oklahoma | Dumping a bale with a high crosswind will cause that with a Deere baler.

IA | I've had that happen on a deere 567 when I dump a bale on a pretty good sidehill. I just left the door open, locked out the hydraulics and twisted back to the correct orientation. Didn't have to take anything apart.

Canada | That new holland looks very similar to the case rbx461 I have. Mine would twist belts and we couldn't figure out why until we discovered on one of the 3 rollers right behind the twine box had a broken bearing mount I believe. If yours has this problem you will be able to find it with a short pry bar.
