Are they really worth the price and weight? I would carry it in the pickup for service calls and use it around the farm and house. Which one do I need to replace a 6 and 8' step ladder. looking at the classic 22', is the velocity being 6# lighter worth the extra $60? I just dont know if I can spend that on a ladder. https://www.littlegiantladder.com/classic/

We've got three of them around, one at my house and two at the farm. Picked them up on sale at 60% so they weren't any pricier than a high end 'standard' ladder. They are heavier but the on the other hand they are more more compact when storing or transporting. Very sturdy and versatile ladders, from using as a step ladder, to ladder on stairs to extension ladder mode.... if I needed another one I'd buy one in a heart beat.

Worth every penny my opinion. Got a werner like It and you fumble at first but once you get the hang of folding and extending you should like it.

I have the 22' one, have had it for a number of years and really like. I noticed the newer models are designed a little different then mine. Sometimes I wish I had got the next size smaller as mine does seem a little heavy at times, but it does have wheels on it so that does help. I bought this one for the height in case I needed it sometime down the road which I have maxed out at times.

I picked up a folding three step from them a couple years ago and use that a lot in the shop.

I would buy them both again.

I bought a knock-off at Menards (might be Werner, can't remember).  Seems to be ok.  Didn't buy the tallest one because it was pretty heavy, but it's still tall enough to reach the eaves on my pole building with 16' sides.  It was a whole lot cheaper than genuine little giant.

In my opinion the name brand little giant and the lighter weight one is worth the money, very nice ladder, I wouldn't buy anything else. I have done many jobs where no other ladder would have worked. The magnets on the fold knobs are very useful too.

Have the 22' Model and love it. Don't use it for everything as it is a bit heavy, but when I need it I really need it and has served me well.

Bought my first Little Giant ladder at the Louisville Farm Machinery show probably 27 or 28 years ago. Got together with 2 other guys and wheeled and dealed, and bought 3 ladders. Thought it was expensive then, but since I have bought 4 more Little Giants. Love them. They are heavy enough, they won't collapse, even when sitting on an unlevel surface. Well worth the money.

I have a copycat made by Keller. I think it goes to 21'. Buddy has a Harbor Freight one that is a 17'. Both seem to be about the same quality as far as I can tell. They are very handy. Nice to be able to use as either a step ladder (with 2 sides to step on) or as an extension ladder. Just be careful around electricity since they are aluminum.

Here is the HF one.

If you use this coupon, you can get it for $89.99 (Expires on 12/5)

I do not like the wiggle of ladders, not sure it is a fear of heights, but the wiggle when you are half way up, I just sink down onto the ladder and hang there.....

I can go up the Little Giant, much less wiggle.

Worth it to me.
