Trying to get our hardi commander 1200 sprayer going for the year, it has the john Deere rate controller conversation. The flowmeter is reading zero on the screen so I go and take the flowmeter out and the light is red but it doesn't blink when you spin it. Does this confirm a bad flow meter or could my problem be a wiring issue? Thank in advance!
