Subject: Broadleaf control in Oats? How much Nitrogen?

Eastern Iowa
Planted some oats I want to combine. I have a decent stand and about 4" tall . What's the best broadleaf control for them post?

Also, I put down 40 lbs nitrogen with my dry right before I planted them. I didn't get to carried away with the nitrogen in case my stand wasn't very good and I could kill the oats and plant soybeans, Eastern Iowa, 80 bushel goal. Should I broadcast some more nitrogen? Last years crop was corn. No seeding underneath and going to bale the straw. Plant cover crop afterwards.
Thanks
