665C Challenger and the flashers do not work. They blink fast on the dash and you can hear relay clicking but no lights. Blinkers do the same thing, show working on the dash but nothing works. I tried to find a fuse and it didn't show one in the book, but its not acting like a fuse since they work on the dash.
