Subject: Need to Caulk Quonset still building to concrete

Tip of the Thumb of Michigan

I need to run 2 beads about 120ft each I can't really seem to find caulk in the 28oz tubes. Do they make the bin caulk in thick bands? I've seen the wide. What do ya'll think I should use?
