Cen Ks | I recently purchased a Prime Weld 60 plasma. The Prime Weld 60 is a mid range priced Chinese built plasma. The on-line reviews say they have exceptional U. S. customer service. I called the number on the operator's manual after twisting off some threads in gun. WOW !! the service rep was from New Jersey, VERY friendly, spoke clear English. When I told him what happened to the gun, he offered to send me a complete new gun with an 80pc set of consumables no charge. Anybody have a bad experience with Prime Weld ?? Apparently there are other Chinese companies selling a clone to this machine for 100-200$ less but they have no U.S. customer support. | |
