I did not figure we would get a chance to try it till we were back home and wife was at her home kitchen. But we rented a house here in Lake Havasu City and she had the stuff to make it so she did. Not only did she make the avocado recipe like in the link above, she also made a spicy version with added taco seasoning and liquid smoke. She thought the basic recipe was a little bland so added more lemon juice and a touch of vinegar. That gave it a little more flavor.
Both turned out great.
