Had a disc fusion done on January 29th and a decompression I am doing great so far off pain meds and have almost zero pain just stiff some, I’d like to get out and walk but the weather hasn’t been the best, I go back to the doc on wed to get stitches removed, I guess he’ll see joe things are healing but it seems like so far so good to me.
