Subject: Wood stove in pole shed for calving

Ne Nebraska
How safe would a wood stove be in a pole shed used for calving? Obviously be careful when filling/cleaning/etc with straw in the barn, but it should be fine to run without fire risk when closed up. Would there be enough heat to take the chill off in an uninsulated 40x60 shed? Wouldn’t be a big deal to keep full when checking heifers every few hrs anyway.
Or should a guy bite the bullet and put in a tube infered heater.
