SE Iowa | And basically got nowhere. Payments issued on rolling basis, no timetable for completion of them. Asked how much money we are talking about and she would not/could not tell me amount but gave me numbers to do my own math which is same thing. Sizable amount of money and not happy being led on about when. Really no reason not to have this done by now. First was told partial spring payment, then rest in fall-no. Then full payment in late fall-no. Then payment in early winter-no. Here we are in mid late winter and no timetable anymore, no completion date, no nothing. Time to hire a lawyer to suit the lawyers who got rich? Here we are 8 months later after some initial payments went out and the story never ends. I bet the lawyers all got their money upfront. | |
