Now a lot of land sales to 'investment non farmers' and some young ones who have never owned or traded stocks are now hot about it..
I am wrong more than right but when people,myself included starts putting money into 'things' we know nothing about it usually ends bad....
Biggest factors will be interest rates and inflation or in some hot commodities deflation
