Subject: A deep dive into dietary research



Pittsburg, Kansas		A video we are watching again this morning. Professor Tim Noakes from South Africa does a deep dive into historical and current dietary research. Three hours long so it is extensive.

A lot to digest but a lot of info put all in one place.

Insulin resistance is the problem, not cholesterol.
