northern IL
I took this screen shot from a video on a facebook group of a seed corn picker picking corn for cattle feed.

Who has done this with a husk on machine , and how did you store it?
I think theres too much trash in it to put in a crib, and a pile outside the weather would not be your friend for freshness into next summer grinding and feeding. A commodity shed would be awesome, but pricey for one large enough to do larger quantities.

Has anyone tried to bag whole earcorn with a grain bagger style bagger? that you could later grind , feed whole , or shell to sell .

I've also talked to some ranchers up north feeding the whole corn on the cob unground to supplement cows in the winter that sounded like a great idea.
