Kansas | Just received 2.6 inches over about 3 days here in East Central Kansas. Very thankful for it even though there are still quite a few beans in the field, especially double crop beans. There were many acres of wheat that had been planted in the last few weeks as well as cover crop that was just laying in dry ground. It should all come on nicely now. No water standing in any terrace bottoms to drown any out either. We were very dry, dries Fall I have seen for many years. | |
