USA | How EPA could get their act together so quick to approve a new label for the overpriced Dicamba products to spray over the top of Xtend beans is amazing.
In less than 5 months after court action shut things down they have fixed the problem
But on the other hand EPA is having a difficult time in fixing ethanol waiver issues that have taking place for the last several years. EPA has been overruled by court action on ethanol waivers, yet they have refused to comply.
My guess if farmers refused to buy Xtend beans and the over priced Dicamba products to spray over the top of them until the ethanol waiver problem got fixed. The fixing might get fixed sooner than later.
