Bow Island, Alberta | The last few weeks I have been getting messages for MS Outlook, Word and Excell that they have been deactivated and I need to reactivate. But when I enter my user name and password, I can't log in to their system. 2 times I have reset the password, getting an email that my new password was ok. But I still can't log in to reactivate. Everything is still working, but I'm afraid that one morning nothing will work.
In the old days, you could call someone for help, but doesn't seem to be an option now. Any suggestions? | |
