Oregon | If you want to use your raven 440 (3 boom switches) to control rate with ez-boom does it work? (The reason I want to do so is the ez-boom or 500 has some kind of funk and you can't enable rate control or everything goes to ... and I need to spray NOW. I'm trying to be patient on working out the funk.) The trimble literature makes it sound easy. How about if you want to run more than 3 boom sections? If so, what values do you enter for boom 1,2,3 in the raven cal. After some frustrating spraying sessions it appears to me that the raven is seeing boom 1,2,3 on the ez-boom and if they get automatically (or manually for that matter) turned off the raven shuts down the servo because it thinks the boom is off and hence should be no flow. Also the rate goes to zero when boom 1,2,3 get turned off. I think this is screwing up the gallon count because flow continues while the raven isn't counting it. Is that plausible? | |
