Subject: How we temporarily fixed hydraulic lines in tube of CIH 3162 Draper

From my previous post “Help Broken Hydraulic line on 3162 Draper”.

This is how we fixed it rather than pulling all of the hydraulic lines out of the head in season. Buried in main frame tube, no access to it other than each end. 2- 40’ hoses and 2 - 20’ hoses and MANY zip ties! Drilled small holes in the top of tube and used self tapping short screws to install 6 rubber mount hose holders.
