ECIL | I'm going to recommend this documentary on Netflix to anyone and everyone on this board. It deals with data collection, algorithms, and the potential long term consequences of Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat on our collective life's. There are probably 10-15 former tech executives from these companies that are interviewed, some are some kinda kooky liberals, but they raise some very valid and concerning trends should the current pace of data collection continue regarding our society as a whole. | |
