| When putting in underground irrigation pipe which direction do you install it? I had assumed the flow of water would be out of straight end and into the bell end. I was recently told that you want the water flowing out of the bell end into the straight end of the next pipe. The reason given was that way the water pressure hits the seal and expands it so it seals tight. Which way is the correct way? Or does it even matter? | |
