north central kansas | I am drilling cover with a 30' drill behind a Challenger with GeoSteer. Everything has been going good except yesterday and today when going one direction, I seem to be about a foot off the line. I am using the SmartPath because we have terraces and odd shaped fields. I have looked at all settings for offsets and everything is right on. When I steer manually on the light bar, it is right on with the pass but when I hit the AutoSteer button on Versa, tractor moves over a foot or so.
Finished that field and now headed to a new one. Will be interesting to see if it occurs again.
Just thought I would see if anyone has some suggestions.
